Last week, we came together to honor the commitment and career journeys of our colleagues who have been part of the DOGA team for 10, 20, and 25 years.
It was a meaningful event where the traditional service pins were awarded to our colleagues who reached these important milestones — a tribute made even more special by the presence of loved ones and the warm support of coworkers.
The celebration continued with an outdoor gathering in the restaurant gardens, where laughter, stories, and great food created the perfect atmosphere to reflect on the past and look forward to the future.
To everyone who made this event possible: thank you.
Let’s keep building the future together!
We often think about this when we look at our plant in Tangier, in the Free Zone in northern Morocco.
FAINA was created to support DOGA‘s growth in a market that keeps changing. Since 2020, the team has grown from 19 to 160 people, and the facility has expanded from 1,400 to 3,700 square meters. Behind those numbers there is daily effort and strong commitment.
From Tangier, we assemble wiring harnesses, wiper blades, motors, washer pumps, accessory kits and wiper arms. We work closely with DOGA head quarter: components arrive for assembly, and finished units go directly to customers or back into wider production flows as strategic subassemblies.
Tangier gives us a great logistical position, well connected to Europe, Africa and the Americas. But what truly makes FAINA strategic is the way we collaborate. Launching the 315 motor line together with Spain and China, regular visits, constant alignment across teams. It is a shared effort.
We are close to our markets and connected as one team. Together, we keep building DOGA.
