3. Detailed information on the personal data processing activities carried out by DOGA

i. Contact form. The different purposes for processing your personal data, that is, DOGA’s grounds for processing your personal data. The personal data provided by any means (whether through the web form included on the Website, by telephone or by email), for requesting quotes or sending queries, will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of managing such contact, resolving any question raised that you, as a potential client, send us, as well as providing the requested quote. This personal data comprises identifying data (name, surname, place of residence) and contact data (email address and contact telephone number), as well as any additional information that the user shares in the free-text field included in the contact form.

The legal basis for the processing is consent, expressed by a clearly affirmative action when completing and submitting the form, which you may withdraw at any time as described in section 6 of this Privacy Policy, without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

ii. Candidates for selection processes. In order to assess your application in current selection processes, we will process your identifying personal data (name, surname), contact data (email address, contact telephone number), as well as the academic information and professional background that you provide to us through the forms you complete in the “Careers” section, as well as your Curriculum Vitae and cover letter, which we will receive through the TeamTailor platform, for the purpose of contacting you to initiate that process and to carry out any necessary interviews or communications.

The legal basis for the processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures.
The personal data received for this purpose will be retained until the specific selection process is closed or, in the case of a spontaneous application or where you have given us your consent for the retention of your data for future processes that may open, it will be retained for a maximum period of 2 years.

None of these processing activities will involve automated decision-making by DOGA.

4. Recipients

The personal data detailed in section 3 (i), (ii) and (iii) above may be shared with the entities of the DOGA Group (FAINA Tanger SARL AU; DOGA Italia, S.R.L.; DOGA do Brasil, Ltda.; DOGA Mexico Componentes, S.A. de C.V.; DOGA USA Corp.; DOGA India Pvt. Ltd.; DOGA (Nantong) Auto Parts Co., Ltd.; DOGA Japan) for internal administrative purposes on the basis of legitimate interest. DOGA will not disclose personal data to third parties except where necessary to comply with a legal obligation incumbent upon it.

DOGA, in turn, works with third-party service providers (i.e. the Website’s development and maintenance provider) and others that, in certain cases, may access your data, with the necessary safeguards, for the purposes of the processing. In such a scenario, DOGA will formalise the processing arrangement with each of these providers, who will process your personal data exclusively for the purposes that DOGA determines in each case.
